Occasionally, I like to use this time with you to work through some ideas before I preached

them here at the Lindel Church. Usually we keep that spread out quite a bit, but it just so happens

to be in back-to-back weeks. Last week when we talked about belief that

saves, those are some things from the Gospel of John I was working through, and I think it helped

a lot, just sharing that with you in terms of how it got preached. Today's topic is similar to that

about salvation and belief and the way God works with us, even in our imperfections, but it may even be a bit more

controversial. So I really think this will be an advantageous time for me to package this up for you.
