I wanted to tune in and touch on the topic of securing yourself.

You know, everybody knows that the world is looking very unstable right now.

But to me, it is an opportunity, understand.

An opportunity to assess our own foundation within ourselves and the ground we stand on,

the ground we are building.

You know, this year we secure ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally, even spiritually.

This to me is a year of securing ourselves.

But how do we secure ourselves?

I believe we have to start at the root.

I believe we have to start at home.

Our home, our bedroom, wherever, our place of peace or quiet is.

I know some of us may be living in toxic conditions.

Let me say my prayers and strength are with you in spirit.

You know, this will be even more of importance for you.

But we need to transform our homes into sanctuaries, you understand?

You know, the cleanliness, the senses, right, the smells, the colors all around us.

You need to create that peace.

Because if the world is very rocky right now, if the world is very uncertain,

we need to have our place of peace, regardless of how much space you have.

You only need a little bit of space to create some peace.
