You may notice that we are not in the gun talk studio, we're actually on location scattergun lodge out in South Dakota doing a feson hunt.

And one of the many characters on this journey character probably right?

Yeah, David Draper.

So David with Peterson's hunting.

Correct.

But you've been around the industry and in the hunting world for a while.

Yeah, a couple of decades, I actually started at Cabela's fresh out of college as a catalog copywriter.

That's a fun game right now college.

Yeah, it was pretty cool.

You know, as a guy who grew up loving hunting fish, I'm actually from sitting Nebraska anyway, which is headquarter of Cabela's back in the day.

And got a job with him and kind of led me on a crazy career that's, you know, here I am, the editor of Peterson's hunting now sitting in a lodge.

I can actually see a little spit of the Missouri River down in the beautiful rolling breaks.

It's an awful spot in the world and we had a pretty good morning.

Yes, we did a good morning.

So I love feson hunting.

I love all upland hunting.

It's so it's social.

Yes, it's it's just it's a different way of doing it.
