I'm Margaret Brennan in Washington, and this week on Face the Nation,

after President Trump's Alaska summit with Vladimir Putin will

go one-on-one with Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Following the Russian President's warm welcome to Alaska and a three-hour meeting that ended abruptly,

President Trump adopts Putin's roadmap for ending the war in Ukraine.

No ceasefire, but negotiations for a lasting peace in the

three and a half year conflict.

I think the meeting was a 10 in the sense that we got along great, and it's good when, you know,

two big powers get along.

But what about the other countries, like Ukraine, and its Western allies who are still

tightly aligned. Along with Rubio, we'll hear from Trump's former National Security Council, Russia expert Fiona Hill,

Alaska Republican Senator Dan Sullivan, and Colorado Democrat Jason Crow.
