year as we enter SEC play it gets the juices flowing a little bit differently

than that stretch of non-conference play that Tennessee just completed?

Yes it does.

More of the best times of the year, honestly.

We got March Madness, we got conference play starting. There's been some

been some early season storing a lot storylines in the baseball world and it

always kind of happens this way and some of them end up sticking and continuing

further along and then some by the time you get to July you're like wait that team was struggling.

So it's kind of interesting you really start to find out about teams over the next two, three weeks. But even, you know, beyond that, baseball is so such a long-term game. So it's really it's really fun to kind of get this started but if you

remember Tennessee had a terrible weekend to open SEC play last year so hopefully

it goes better than that but I say that to say it's not

the end all be all right now and certainly not even after this weekend no and

and Wes I think Will is starting to realize what life is like for us on the outside

looking in of SEC Baseball, Will lived through the grind, and I'm sure he grew up in it and paying attention to it as well

But going through it as a player is much different than the observers like us whether you're a fan, a media member or whatever,

SEC baseball is so entertaining and that opening weekend it gets the juices

flowing, but then there's kind of that lull going into the SEC play, but with how competitive
