Hi, everyone. Welcome to this week's episode of the Bet the Process podcast. This week is a special podcast. We are doing a

Calcutta, a live auction draft of all the NFL playoff teams or teams that are still eligible for the

NFL playoffs. And what's about to follow is the draft with we're not editing it or anything. It's, you know, it's long. We had a really

good time doing it and hopefully you'll enjoy listening to it. But I felt like I should probably

add this before for people that do not know the format. The format is that 80% of the pot

is going to, I guess, wins-based distribution.

So each wild card round win is worth 3.5% of the pot.

Each divisional round win is worth 6.5% of the pot.

Each conference championship win is worth 10% of the pot.

And winning the Super Bowl is worth 13% of the pot. So overall Super Bowl is worth 13% of the pot. So overall,

that'll be 80% of the pot going to teams based on that. So for example, if the Kansas City

Chiefs win the Super Bowl, they will win 29.5% of the pot just based on that. If a team that is

not a number one seed that does not have to play a

wild card round game wins the Super Bowl, or sorry, if a team that does have to play a

wild card round game wins the Super Bowl, they will win 33% of the pie just based off of that.

Now, the rest, the other 20% is on props. So 4% of the pot will be split amongst the teams that have not yet

clinched the playoff spot, but do make the playoffs. The biggest loser by point differential in the

13 playoff games will get 4% of the pot. If there's a tie, they will split that. The lowest seed of the final

four teams will get 4% of the pot again if two teams tie. So if there's a number, you know,

if a number four seed in the AFC and the NFC makes the playoffs, although it's probably not

going to be from the NFC, they will split that.

The biggest winner against the spread of all the 13 playoff games wins 4% of the pot.
