I had a Charleston weekend and I haven't had one in ages. I feel like you took it easy yesterday and you're probably like fresh face to shit.

Yeah we played two friends big booty makes the whole party because I like I was an airport from like for it was like I need something I message them actually today and they were like yeah we get to hang soon like thanks for the kind words and I was like so I can't access yeah and then we started the chat yeah.

But yes so I mean you know I'm I'm in a little bit of a dryer phase which my energy is through the roof so I've just been working out every morning.

What do you guys do pool parties at what knees.

I actually know I thought that that was was going to happen on Saturday but like I mean honestly we just run back there with another friend of his.

A guy friend who who we know from my Emmy Craig and he and he drove to Charleston and yeah so after your store you know we just went to but then that obviously turned into dinner at halls on Saturday night yeah and I didn't make it.

Hell that I do right right but Whitney had like a bit of an after party at his house and I didn't make it because I was pickled oh my god Craig I got a table of Republic.

What day Saturday or Sunday Saturday night because Joe Bradley we we saw Joe Bradley and and he was texting us oh we went to dinner with will Greer and his wife and.

And right Whitney and that's and so it was like me Whitney will will wife Jeannie and then Whitney's friend that came in the town and so we went there I'm I'm paying for today I'm paying.

Yeah you should I talking to just come over to the pool I know I know I know Sunday you don't want to not do anything but you are like oh if I get a reds right now.

I'm not going to make it home but yeah no we just did pool stuff all weekend and it was great snacking hard but if you don't go out and like you know if you're not on the water I feel like I've said this before it's like you know you feel kind of lame but um but it was just I don't know man I'm not a young buck anymore.

And then I wake up today and I look at Instagram and okay so you know there's y'all kind of working out and I'm like alright man slowly shirtless alright and then the very next slide here here freaking comes in crab like he's you know LeBron James I was clapping his hands with all the you know smoking the air and they does the dips I was.
