Summary

It's essential to differentiate solitude from isolation or loneliness. We define solitude as a healthy, personal discipline that allows you to engage in meaningful self-reflection. Loneliness, however, is a state of “sadness”because one has no friends or company. Although loneliness and solitude are sometimes used interchangeably, they are not the same thing. Today, we dive deep into the difference between both and how when you learn to embrace solitude you can really enhance your life in such a beautiful way.
