That's NYC Governor Kathy Hokel, as New York City reels from its deadliest mass shooting in 25 years.

Yesterday, a lone gunman killed four people before fatally shooting himself in a Park Avenue building

that houses global firms, including investment firm Blackstone and the National Football League.

Blackstone confirmed one of the victims was Executive Wesley LaPartner.

NYPD is sending teams to Las Vegas, where police say the gunman, Shane Devon, Tumor, lived,

to try to determine a motive.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams spoke to CNN earlier.

The motive appeared to be connected to the shooter's belief that he was suffering from

CTE and he was an ex-NFL player.

Those items just don't pan out. He never played for the NFL.

And so we're still unraveling this terrible shooting that took place in the city.
