| 1:45.0 | Like I said, I was pretty much open to anything. But you know the thing that really kind of stuck with me was like what helped me like when it finally clicked for me to get serious about you know fitness and all that. |

| 2:12.0 | I'd love to talk about that. Yeah, yeah, absolutely. So so just basically just talk to me like what what have you noticed that was like a big, a big turning point for you, a big moment that things just started clicking that like you were more consistent. |
| 2:26.0 | Just talk about it. Yeah, so basically I started with personal trainers when I was like, I don't know, I was just turning 30. I think and I had my first personal trainer and you know, I was. |
| 2:41.0 | I think I used it as like a you know like a status of like hey, you know, I've got a personal trainer and I have somebody who counts for me and like plans exercises and stuff and stuff. |

| 2:54.0 | You know, so over the years like when I sat down and thought about it like I had about I had hired about nine different trainers over the years. |
| 3:02.0 | Yeah, you know, because you move and there's somebody else and it's like this is going to be the year that I get skinny every year was the year that I was going to get skinny. |
| 3:12.0 | And so the very last guy that I hired this awesome guy named Ray, he and I were training together for less than a year. |
| 3:21.0 | But I was always just kind of dicking around and I was not really, you know, like, you know, I think you're dicking around at the time or do you think you're being serious about it? |
| 3:31.0 | I think I was I part of me was like, you know, so I'm a comedian. I hang out with comedians, you know, like we're always just, you know, just joking around and stuff like that. |
| 3:43.0 | So I was always like, hey, you know, like trying to make the session like making jokes and like trying to be, you know, whatever. And and he was not having it. |
| 3:52.0 | And, you know, because I was like, oh, right, normal people don't always want to joke around. All right. |
