Welcome to another episode of HawkBlogger Mornings.

Game Day has arrived the first Seahawks game of the 2025 season.

Yes, it is just a preseason game,

but not any preseason game. It is Pete Carroll, Gino Smith, Jamal Adams, Ashton, Jentie, Jack Besh, Dante Thornton, and the Raiders come into town to face your Seahawks in also what will be Jalen Milrose first game,

Elijah Arroyo's first game, Gray Zabel's first game, Tori Horton's first game, and on and on it goes.

So there's plenty to talk about as we head into this evening's contest.

I'll start by just saying, my goodness, 7 o'clock start, Pacific time.

That is late.

I don't like that.

That's a long time to wait during a day to get to your preseason game.

And I'm going to be at the stadium.

I'll be in the press box.

So normally when I go to home games, I watch them in my seats. I'm a season ticket holder,

been a season ticket holder since I moved to Seattle in 97 and I will continue to watch games

in my seats. But for these preseason games, one, I like to give my

tickets to somebody who doesn't normally get to go to a game. And so I did give away my tickets

to someone who is one of our patrons. Great to know that that person and his wife is going to get

to go to a game. I'll probably be giving away tickets next week as well to the Chiefs game.

So keep an eye out for that if you want to be.
