This question is tougher than most because some expenses go

to emotional abeyance that allows better work balance. Example, silence in a one-person office

can cause mental drifting and impact work performance. Spending money on music streaming can help your mind be sharp. So the $10 a month

you pay for music doesn't directly generate revenue, but without it, your performance could cost

your business thousands of dollars in lost revenue. An example of a nice to have would be an expensive car leased by the company.

Unless your business is based on image, having an expensive car is a useless expense. Dependable

transportation can be leased at a fraction of the cost. Here's another example that is a little harder to accept.
