I am Matt Williamson. How's everyone doing this fine day? And it is a fine day. I am recording this Thursday. I just walked in the door from Steelers Joint Practice with the Buffalo Bills, who they play Saturday. And I'll be at that game. My next podcast will be what to look for for that

game and then the one after that will be, you know, post-game stuff from the Bills game. But

this joint practice was really valuable for both teams. Both teams got better today. I absolutely

believe that. It was great weather.

It was great environment. It would have been amazing for you guys if you could have went, you know,

as a public. I mean, it was closed, of course. But the Steelers didn't dress Cam Hayward or T.J.

Watt. Fine. But pretty much everyone else on both teams that I was

paying attention to was out there. And I'll be honest, I don't have a lot of individual

observations because there was just too much going on. I mean, there was, the field was full of highly competitive stuff all day. Like if

Steelers' offense was back to back, you know, if the Steeler offense was going into one end zone

against Bill's D, the opposite was happening on the other field, or on the other side of the field.

You know, they split it down in the middle of the 50. At times, that was happening on the other field or on the other side of the field you know they split it down the middle and the 50 at times that was going on and all the linemen were doing battle between the 40s

you know so I don't have a lot of observations in terms of this guy had an awesome practice

because it was constant motion highly competitive I enjoyed it a great deal
