Aaron Rogers, if you haven't heard, if you lived under a rock,

has re-signed with the Steelers on a one-year deal.

I almost didn't do a podcast on this because we've talked it to death.

I've been under the assumption he'll be back.

The people I trust down there seem to think that this has been a foregone conclusion for a while.

And frankly, I think it was.

In case you don't remember, he signed just before mandatory minicamp last year, did not go through

the OTA portions, the optional stuff. This year, he signs the weekend before any of that stuff opens, which does start

Monday. I will not be there this year. I think that's noteworthy. And I'll be honest, I'm kind of happy

about it. I would like to go see all the new guys running around and what they look like

and get some reports, no doubt. But we used to broadcast the drive down

there every year. And what's weird is just NFL rules. Well, maybe it's the rules. I don't know.

You can't comment on what you see. So there was a time a player got hurt right in front of us. We

couldn't tell anybody you got hurt, you know? So there wasn't a lot of purpose for me to be there, but I will be doing the drive all week. I'll be doing, you know, podcast with you, of course. Um, but I won't be going down to OTAs. Maybe I'll go down just to watch one day, something like that. Anyway, that's not what we're here to talk about. We are here to talk about Rogers. And one of the reasons

I did the podcast, I got a lot of tweets after I sent out the Schefter tweet that, you know,

oh, this franchise isn't going anywhere. This is terrible. Blah, blah, blah. I'm like, I am shocked

anyone is shocked by this news. And I also got a lot of people saying,
