Well, hello, everyone. How you doing? Things are good here. I hope things are good with you.

Something I've been holding that I wanted to kind of chat about that I find interesting every year.

I know the schedule came out, you know, a while back, but I do think there's some schedule analysis worth chatting about. And I find it interesting how many miles all these

teams have to travel over the course of their schedule. So, funny story, a couple of,

as you can imagine, the teams in the West are always at the top of the list in terms of mileage traveled.

You know, there's not as many things close by.

Like, I had a buddy that I was with with the Browns that ended up being a West Coast Scout.

Holy cow.

I mean, you go from like Utah to Oregon State to, I mean, like, just think of the

travel to get to all the colleges in the West. You get what I'm saying? Cities are closer in

the East than they are in the West, you know, is the bottom line. But anyway, along those lines,

it was a couple of years back. It was a preseason game here in Pittsburgh and Seattle came to town.

And that year, obviously the season hadn't started, it was preseason game. Seattle was scheduled to be the team that had the most travel miles over the course of the year.

Not uncommon for them considering considering where they are,

in geographically speaking.

But it just so happened that was the year that the Steelers were either the fewest or second fewest.

Like, there were so many games where you guys could drive to.

You know, like there was very little scanning the globe

for you know a 17 game schedule and what's funny about it why I'm telling the story is

the NFL didn't even help Seattle in that regard like it just shows kind of how they don't care about things like this, is why would that

preseason game not be in Seattle then?

At least make the Steelers go there in the preseason as opposed to attacking on all those

...
