Well, hello, everyone. Matt Williamson here. How's it going? Things are good. And not the best

weather over Memorial Day weekend, but it was a great weekend nonetheless. Hope everyone

remembers why we celebrate such things. And I wanted to do a mailbag today. It's been a while.

Catch up with some of your

questions. Matt Sable asked, so would you say the process to get comp picks this year was sound,

but the results were not? Was it just because of a poor draft pool? I think the process was

wonderful, that they did a great job of not losing guys that really broke their heart.

Fields, Wilson, Naji, Dan Moore, etc.

And really probably upgraded at those positions while also accumulating comp picks.

And I think this front office will be very aware of that situation going forward.

Now, I guess you didn't like the draft, Matt.

I think it's obviously to be determined if those picks are going to pay off or not.

They did add a lot of new bodies through the comp game. Whether they're good players or not,

I think we can be to be determined. But I also lean towards this just was not a very good draft. And if you had to pick

one draft to have extra picks in, this probably isn't your choice. You know, there's just not a ton

to pick from there. And I thought that really showed up on day three where teams, particularly

the Steelers, are taking specialists and things of that nature,

that, you know, instead of quality prospects. But, I mean, obviously that's a to-be-determined situation.

My man, Smooth Dave asks, are there any more, are there any most feasible options to acquire more

2026 or 2027 draft capital.

Knowing that we want to compete this season,

is it more likely we trade 2008 capital to move up in next year's draft?
