I'm John Batschoor with Professor Richard Epstein of the Hoover Institution, a senior fellow,

attends these days,

one courtroom in particular a civil trial in New York

before Judge Engarron final presentations by the both sides, the plaintiff and the defendant.

However, in the course of the remarks by the defendant's attorneys,

Mr. Trump, who had been advised by the court that he was not invited to make a

closing statement, Mr. Trump did speak out and one of the things he said seemed especially contentious to the judge.
