In these last days days much news from the bench in this case

the extremely esteemed DC Court of Appeals, Federal Court, a three-judge panel hearing the appeal by attorneys for the former

President of the United States, Mr. Trump, that the that is not to go forward because the former president enjoys immunity while he was in

office on January 6th and also because it would be double jeopardy.

He was acquitted by the US Senate of similar charges

of chicanery with regard January 6th. I welcome the professor to help me with these very thorny issues because as I understand

that there is language in the Constitution that speaks generally to this area but not specifically because as of right now I read no president of the

United States has ever been charged with a crime while in office, perhaps after office as well.
