Richard, a very good evening to you, my presumption too hasty was that this case

would not move forward before the election has that assumption changed good evening

to you well it is a very ambiguity in your question. If you

move forward getting closer to trial I think the answer she's doing her level

best to make sure that will happen. I don't think given the time that she's going to be able to pull

off any kind of a trial before the election. So I think the answer is she is certainly

rooting very heavily in the anti-Trump side. I don't

think there was a single ruling that she made in this case or in the other J-6

cases they came up which you could be described in any sensible way as being a pro-defendant.

I think she's clearly on one side,

and I think she's also on the war path.

And I think this is a very important thing

to understand about these is the sovereignty of a district court

judge when you're dealing with a criminal case. She's a one-person monopolist, she has very
