A good friend of my Randall Wright said, you need to publish this, like this can actually

help people.

They said, like, you're talking about leading leaders, you're talking about helping

build the next generation.

He's like, what if you can touch somebody, like, what if you can make an impact?

What if you, what you do actually makes it, makes a difference?

And so, um, so I just went through the process.

I actually, I hired a writer, Michelle Bender, who's amazing, um, because, uh, my agent,

Jan Miller said something really funny when I went, it was talking to her.

She said, you're a book.

This is not a book.

Which I thought was really, really funny and really humbling.

And so she's like, I like, yeah, I like what's in there, but we got to get

what's in there on here.

You know, so it was really funny.

So I got, I got real help, um, which was great.

And then, um, and then the folks of St. Martin's, um, Tim Barley, I think he's the best

editor in the world, um, made sense out of it.

And, and it allowed me in my voice to, you know, I get, I told you, I want to, I want

to make a dent on the world a little bit.

And hopefully this does.
