news. I am so grateful to be joining you today as we round out the month of May,

believe it or not. And it's so wonderful to see our live audience with us as well, our group of

insiders that join us every week as we go through the process of trying to set a foundation

for the week ahead when it comes to this news cycle because the truth is I don't want you trapped

in a 24-hour news cycle. I want to give you some of the basics that you need. Then when you see updates, you know what's going on and you don't have to spend a whole lot of time on other people's story. I want you to spend more time on your story. This is why when I saw what Brooke just wrote, she said, hello, everyone, on the road from Montana to Washington today And glad to be able to join in while I'm driving.

Brooke, I hope you keep your eyes on the road.

I mean, maybe you're in the passenger seat.

Maybe we're just over your loud speakers in subway.

Drive safely.

Beautiful drive.

Probably a great time of year to do it as well.

Although I would imagine there's still a little bit snow.

Is that true?

To see this California girl, I don't really know. I'm like, I think there could still be snow on the ground, depending on where you are. If you go all the way up in Montana, towards Washington,

don't they have to shut down a glacier national park for a long period of time until really the

middle of summer where everything melts.
