and this is Smarter News. And welcome to 2024. Saying that out loud, it feels heavy. I remember when

I was thinking about what the world would look like when it was 2015. Do you remember that when

you were a little kid thinking, wow, when it's 2015, we're going to be really old. And now it's

24. You know what? I still feel young, but feeling older every day, feeling older, a little

older every day, more experienced, more

wise.

That's how we're entering 2024.

We are more wise together.

This is the part of the excitement of a new year, though.

It's that you're starting a new chapter that you feel the agency at the beginning

of the year to start fresh, to change your story in some way. And that's one of

the great things of starting a new year, whatever number is attached to it. So I hope it's a great

start for you, a great start to 2024. We certainly have a big year in front of us. And unlike

other years where perhaps, you know, the news is always unpredictable. This particular year,

we do have some big news stories that we're going to be watching that we really can't anticipate it.

We're going to be talking a little bit about that. Of course, like everything, every time I'm kind of

my mind's left to wander, I start thinking about the news. I don't know if that's habit or
