Well, it turns out, it turns out, folks, that we were right all along.

That laughter, joy, um, it turns out folks that we were right all along that laughter joy um happiness all of those things contribute to our overall good health there's a new study it's always interesting to me

and i'm not poking fun here but it always interesting to me, and I'm not poking fun here, but it is interesting to me,

that these new studies that come out and people absolutely charge a fortune to conduct these studies.

A lot of these are government-funded studies, taxpayer dollars.

I'm not sure if this one is or not, but we spend countless dollars

studying things that we here at the Hidden Lightness already know.

This article, coming from the Good News Network, one of my favorite news sources,

is helping children laugh can make their brains more resilient and learning easier.

Now go figure.

Who knew that laughter and joy make the human brain more resilient

and it makes people learn easier? Huh. You don't say. Well, and again, I'm not poking fun here.

I think it's great that this is being published. I think

it's great that people are talking about these kinds of things. I think that America did not resist

enough whenever we had the COVID lockdowns, and I'm throwing myself in here, myself included. We did not resist enough

whenever they told us that our kids had to cover their mouths with a ridiculous face mask,

which Fauci himself said, doesn't do a thing. He said, except it makes you feel better, makes you feel better about

yourself. Literally, Fauci said that. And then what did the government do? They mandated,

in the name of Fauci, their God, they mandated masks for everybody, including children.

And now there are other studies out there that show that it really dramatically hurt the social
