Eric, you're a retired Burbank police lieutenant with 31 years

in law enforcement experience

and you started two training and consulting organizations.

You started the Career Survival Group,

which is an anti-harassment, harassment for Vents and

training organization for fire departments across the country,

and the campus safety group,

which is focused on emergency response plans for K through 12 and

college level including natural disasters as well as human threats which we're

seeing all too often these days. Welcome Eric. Eric what have you been working on

these days?

It's been pleasantly busy.

I am blessed that after a wonderful career in law enforcement I still kind of get to keep my hand in the mix and work

with professionals, both my friends in fire service and my passion really is campus safety and through both of my consultation groups I get to
