Summary

Shortly after the Senate passed the Big, Beautiful Bill, Missouri Senator Eric Schmitt clarified for everyone that it does eliminate 1.4 million illegal aliens from receiving benefits under Medicaid. What a relief. At the same time, Secretary Scott Bessent went on the attack trying to get interest rates down. In a scathing attack on Fed Chair Jay Powell, Bessent says "complete panic" is not a strategy. Wow. 0:57.4	receiving Medicaid in America. It is in the Big Beautiful Bill. They will not get it.
1:04.4	The law is changing. And it also will require everybody who does get it that's currently getting it is going
1:13.2	to have to prove citizenship now to receive these funds from the state. The way this will work is
1:19.1	the federal law will supersede what the states are doing. There are at least 14 blue states in
1:24.7	America that have passed laws in their state that allows them to take Medicaid
1:29.4	funding and pay illegal aliens if they so choose. If they continue to do that, that money will
1:36.7	be withheld based on how much they're paying to those people, that amount will be withheld by
1:42.5	the federal government. So the money will not go to those
1:45.3	states. They're going to have to make the decision this money goes to our citizens. If not, it puts
1:49.9	the Democrat politicians in those states in a real bind. If they say, wow, the federal government
1:54.7	cut us and the Medicaid money, which means you American citizens are going to get less now,
