bit of memorial day we hope that it is going well for you. Andrew, I welcome you in and hit you with a question to start here, buddy, if you're

ready for this. What is your Memorial Day grilling choice? Are you a Broughtworth guide? Do you throw some

ribs on? Like, what are you going with on Memorial Day? It's a great question, Jake, and I appreciate

you asking me. I did some ribs on Thursday night

just to kind of, so I had for a long time a pellet smoker, one of those automated deals, and I do not

have that anymore. And so I've decided to try and do some smoking on a Weber charcoal grill,

which is definitely increasing the difficulty level.

But, you know, I think I'm, I'm ready.

I feel like I'm ready for it.

So the ribs turned out pretty good.

But yeah, it's a good question for tomorrow.

Brots, actually, you said brots, and they weren't really on my mind.

Part of the problem is I'm in North Carolina. And having lived in Wisconsin for a long time, I know that there's a difference between good and bad brots. And so what's your suggestion? Like how does that happen? What do you mean in terms of what brought? Yeah. So is there a company that you think makes superior brought? Enlighten us here that being a Wisconsin guy like you were.

So you would, I mean, ideally you'd find a local butcher that's making their own.

So like down here, the thing that you can get locally that is so much better than store brand stuff is like breakfast sausage.

So there's a local farm that does a breakfast sausage that will make, I mean, it's mouth-watering

stuff. But obviously, that's not for the grill. But like in Wisconsin, it would be, you know,
