Are you guys doing good today? Did you expect to wake up and find out that Sheena's husband was having an affair?

I didn't, but there's never a dull moment for Sheena. Sheena was like,

hey, guys, what about me? Is there still a chance to get on dancing with the stars this year?

She's like, hey, guys, forget about me. I got a book to sell. We're going to talk about Sheena

and this news that broke the internet an hour ago, but also the reason why I started the show just a second late, because I stumbled across a podcast that was quite enlightening.

And it was a podcast called gavel gavel.

It's a legal podcast. I had never, ever heard it. I didn't know it existed. And that's because I'm not a lawyer.

And I, when you guys hear my podcast later, I'll air it later today with Lauren and with Zach,

um, court of random opinion, Lauren and of course, Zach Peter, I will tell you guys on that show,

I don't speak legalese. Literally do not speak legalese. I have no idea how to speak it. I am in the

process of learning it. I am in legalese 101. I am not

proficient in it. So I don't listen to gavel-gavle. It's a lawyer podcast. But it's Stephanie

Jones lawyers speaking on this podcast. And they're talking about Van Zan. And they're talking about

content creators. And they're talking about mostly the

Stephanie Jones side of the streets and whoa, whoa, we get some insight. They mentioned Crystal

Ball. So I'll play a little bit of it for you. It's interesting. We're also going to talk

about Sierra Ortega on Love Island,

but less about her and more about the whole goal of when you F up in public and how important

it is to be able to apologize. And what it is all about apologizing and how sick it is, how some people cannot accept apologies.

Like, what are you supposed to do when you mess up?

Like, apologize, I think is the best way to do it.
