Heck no to restaurants and waiters here in America that speed by your table every 10 seconds, asking if everything's good, if they can get you anything, and saying the, is everything good? Can I get you anything? Is there anything else I can get you? Like so fast and just completely ruining the whole vibe of just like sitting, eating your food, having conversation. I was like, this woman wants us out here. She's like stressing me out. I don't even know what she's saying because she's talking so fast.

Like I'm in the middle of eating a mouthful of scallops in risotto and she's asking me a question that she just asked five minutes ago. I'm good. So heck no to that. I know it sounds really first world problems, but it's very refreshing to be in France where like the biggest frustration was trying to wave down a waiter so that you could pay for your bill or get more water. Like I honestly miss that. And at the time in France we were kind of like, okay, we have like two hours to like eat we need to go.
