doing great. How you doing? Doing good. Just thinking about the ways that we've grown the business

over the last, you know, the last, you know, thousand units or whatever. And we've built, you know,

multiple businesses from it. We've got the property management.

We got the education.

We got the in-house construction.

And now we're looking at, you know, brokerage and syndication.

And I think the interesting thing is that we've proven our model and now we're opening it up to other investors.

So I just think, you know, everybody on the call, if they're interested in getting

into, you know, investments with a group that's proven in it, you know, we have our model

by right, manager, right, and finance right. We've proven the model and now we're opening it up.
