These last days I've been learning about the China bubble that has burst.

The property bubble ever granted now a new player, even larger, country garden.

The unbuilt apartments, the mortgages, the Chinese consumer, burdened with an apartment

as their asset base, they never planned to live there.

I believe the investors now too per investor that's how many of those unbuilt apartments

were sold.

But it burdens the consumer.

It weighs down their options.

And because they're recourse loans, I learn.

That means that if they stop their mortgage payments, the banks can come and take their

assets.

All of that adds up to China in grim circumstances.

Does that describe the China that you hear from your colleagues on the mainland where you
