Hey, this is Craig, and welcome to this week's episode of the Full 60.

This week's guest is Florence Schelling, and we have been trying to get Florence on the podcast for months.

I mean, going back to the fall, just because she's a very interesting person, she is the most accomplished women's hockey

player in the history of Switzerland.

And she is somebody who is always looking to get better, always seem to be doing something

interesting.

And even when she went through a horrific ski accident, she documented it, she blogged about it,

and was able to turn what could have been a real negative in her life into a positive.

And so we were trying to get her on the podcast and she's busy and it was just, you know,

there's obviously the time difference and it didn't happen.

And then the huge news emerged over the last few weeks that she was named the general manager of

SC Byrne in Switzerland, becoming the first woman to be the GM of a professional hockey team.

Huge news.

Some great stories were written about it.

Emily Kaplan did a great story for ESPN.com.

Katie Strang at the Athletic did a really good Q&A with Florence.

And it gave us a really good excuse to circle back there and try to get some time with

Florence.

And she was very gracious with her time.

And her story is incredible
