I think that's like super important to have just create people around you to

train with especially brothers you know you can be you can say whatever you need to

say to each other and no feelings will be hurt but I not just that, but you know, those two years junior and senior year, again, we were still like I think I weighed 150 pounds and I wasn't ready to lift heavy loads so what Scott had us do we modified

everything back you know I don't even think I had muscle-ups down at the time and

we just cut everything back and he said I don't care how lights you need to go but I want you to kick my butt in every workout

Which I think was you guys I'm sure we're happy to do

episode I got to sit down with Twin brothers Saxon and Spencer Panchick who along with their older brother Scott have become something of a crossfit dynasty over the past few years.

I loved having Scott and their father Dave Panchick on the podcast

way back in episode 18, so I was excited to hear from the two younger twin

brothers who have now made their own names as Cross Fit athletes.

In 2018, both finished in the top 20 at the highly competitive Cross Fit Games Central Regional

and Saxon went on to compete at the 2018 Cross Fit Games alongside his brother Scott ultimately finishing a 19th in his rookie season.

Saxon and Spencer also recently opened their own Cross Fit affiliate called Crossfit Cliffside in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.
