1:35.1	a little harder for the GOP to prevent black people and poor people and young people from voting,
1:40.0	we would see that decision overturned. Decisions banning states from throwing people in jail for being too poor to pay their fines,
1:48.9	decisions possibly requiring lawyers to be provided to people who are being sued in civil court as well
