Welcome to another episode of the Watch Me Wholesale Show. Here's how this is going to work. I'm going to randomly select the market, then I'm going to go into that market and find a property for sale. I'm going to run the numbers and then call and make an offer. And I'm doing all of this using PropWire. Now, if you don't know what PropWire is, it's the nation's number one database of seller leads with over 157 million properties nationwide.

And what's great about PropWire is it's absolutely free to search and download as many properties as you want.

All right, so I've got up here 10 random properties selected.

We're going to spin the wheel and see who the winner is.

Okay, Spokane, Washington is the winner. Let's go find a deal. Okay, so the first thing you do is go to join propwire.com and up in the top left is where we choose our market so we're going to pick spokane

the city i'm going to click on MLS active.

Then I'm going to go down to single family. And that's good. So now what we do here is you can see

on the left is a map with properties with dots. We can check out. On the right hand side are

each of the properties with some details.

Now, pay attention here to some of these things like this one says it's pending, and it'll give

you some more indicators of distress, like empty nester, high equity. This one says absentee owner.

And the idea here then is we can click on any one of these that we want to check out and then we can go from there and

contact the agent, make an offer, run the numbers and all the things. So what I'm going to do

is I'm going to scroll through this until I find one that I really like and then click on it.

And so like this one, for example, is on Smith Street. It's for sale and it doesn't give me much on the write-up and it doesn't give me

any pictures. Now sometimes we don't, it doesn't give us that data. Sometimes we can find it on

another website like Redfin or Zillow or something. So we'll check for that in a minute. But first thing

I like to do is I like to go to history and see what's going on here. And I think I've seen this FFCR. Let's go to owner.
