the company ready to pay customers following those accusations

that Siri captured conversations and passed the data along to third-party contractors, how to know

if you qualify for a piece of that settlement. More on that ahead, but we do begin with the

escalating tensions between two nuclear armed rivals. India and Pakistan trading missile strikes overnight

with Secretary of State Marco Rubio supporting productive conversation ahead of any more military action.

Yeah, good morning to you, this is a dangerous escalation between India and Pakistan.

As you say, two nuclear-armed escalation between India and Pakistan, as you say,

two nuclear armed nations.

Earlier this morning, Pakistan saying it launched multiple precision strikes claiming to hit

several military assets across India, fighter jets firing short-range surface-to-surface missiles

and drones.

Pakistani authorities say they are retaliating India's attacks that struck three of its air bases,

including one close to the capital Islamabad.

India calling these later strikes a blatant escalation.

Now, this all began after a deadly terrorist attack by what India says are Pakistani militants

against Indian tourists last month,
