A few years ago, we had a woman named Nikki Johnson Coons, also known as the Texas Shrimp Diva.

She runs a shrimp boat in Galveston with her father-in-law, who I think you're just going to fall in love with.

We certainly did.

Everyone calls him Pops.

It was recently profiled in Texas Monthly.

He's an interesting, interesting fellow.

It's an interesting story, and I think you're going to love it.
