Hello, Frankie Wa here, and I was in charge of Radio One's dance party this week,

so it was my job to select a DJ to take on the mini-mix.

And as Sarah Story starts, her brand new Radio One future dance show next week,

I asked her to step up and make her debut for the mini-mix.

Thank you so much for asking me to do the mini-mix this week

It's an absolute honour

As we're both northerners

It only felt right to put together a northern mini-mix

Now I want to take you on a bit of a journey tonight

And show you all the music

That has influenced me over the years

from going raving around the north of England, from Carlisle to Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Liverpool,

Manchester, Leeds and everywhere else in between. This music just brings back so many

amazing memories for me. It's proper nostalgic.

And I hope you like it.
