Santa will be sneaking into homes around the world to deliver presents. It's very important that

he not make too much noise. So how does Santa keep quiet? We're going to help him

out now with some Ninja skills.

Traditional Karate Association here in Chicago. So, since, what advice do you have for

Santa? To begin with whether from chimney or whether from entering through the door, I would recommend first

mental preparation intellectually.

I think create a paradigm of joy that I'm going to do something wonderful for children. Therefore, it sets the

body automatically into more relaxed and fluid and energetic and calm and then when they

take the next action everything flows well. Basically awareness really is

number one. And then breathing calmly and

stepping slowly.

The other thing we know about Santa is that he has a large belly that shakes

shakes like a bowl full of jelly.
