| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to the Tuesday, September 16th, 2025 edition of the Sands In the NEP Storm Sunners. |
| 0:11.9 | Stormcast, my name is Johannes Ulrich, recording today from Jacksonville, Florida. |
| 0:17.9 | And this episode is brought you by the Sands.edu graduate certificate program in cyber defense operations. |
| 0:26.3 | And today was Apple's big annual update where they released new versions of their operating systems. |
| 0:33.5 | Now, these are new major versions. First of all, there are, in addition, of course, to the widely publicized new features, there are 33 vulnerabilities that were addressed across the different operating systems. You do not have to upgrade to the latest, greatest, the 26 version of the operating systems. |

| 1:51.9 | these older operating systems. So that should be an easier upgrade. One thing I'm interested in |
| 1:57.9 | if someone went ahead and upgraded, |
| 2:01.7 | if there are any security issues that you have in a sense, |
| 2:05.9 | any existing security software that you have installed on these systems |
| 2:10.1 | that no longer works. |
| 2:11.8 | At this point, I haven't really seen any real problems there. |
| 2:15.5 | I saw some reports about Palo Alto Networks Global Protect, |
