I find that people that were on a path of seeking inwards have come further into that path.

I can stay at home for four months and reflect I want more of that is that how you feel?

Do you know what I find I find that when I think about myself personally and I'll put my clients separately. For me it had two consequences. I have a chronic illness anyway. So I was definitely on the vulnerable list and I remember speaking to a friend who works in government and she said,

oh, it's not just a simple one or two months, like you're going to need to be in for at least three months.

And I said, really? And she said, yeah, you're going to, they'll put you on the vulnerable list and you guys probably will be locked down until maybe August.

And so immediately, there was a part of me that was like, oh, actually, this could be interesting.
