Munoz, the former Leicester and Chelsea manager, Claudia Ranieri, lined up as a replacement

by the club's Italian owner, Gino Potso.

In some ways, you predicted this, didn't you, with the article on the Athletic,

that international breaks are worrying times for Watford head coaches?

Yeah, I mean, I was a little bit of the grim reaper,

just sort of sneaking up towards, yeah, the game against Leeds.

But, you know, the context of some of the performances this season

have sort of

been edging towards this happening in the international break, because if you look back at the,

you know, the results that they've had so far, it was a great day against Aston Villa on the

opening day, sunshine, happiness, fans back, all that sort of stuff. And they played well,

and it was a big performance.
