Everyone's searching for the summer song right now. I feel like there isn't one song that is having like an espresso moment or a doja cat kiss me more moment. But Addison Wright is giving it a shot. People have

been wondering, is she about to give us the song of the summer? And I certainly want to know what

you guys think. Have you guys listened to Addison, which is her debut album? It's just so crazy to me

that Addison is putting out music right now and everyone is eating it up. Everyone is loving it because back in

the early TikTok days, Addison did try to put out music and it didn't go well. I remember she put

out a song and then she did this pre-recorded late night performance and it just it did not do

anything for her. Everyone was kind of clowning her and and it felt very performative. Like, all the TikTokers are trying to do music like Nessa and Huddy and Dixie. And so it was just like, okay, here's Addison. But then she kind of went away. She wasn't in the spotlight too much, and then her songs got leaked. And this was kind of the moment where people

were like, well, wait a minute, Addison kind of has something here. I think that taking time

away from the public eye benefited her so much because people weren't like over exhausted with

hearing about this TikTok or Addison that people were actually able to kind of be like, wait, like, I think there's

something here and feel like they discovered something new. I don't know. But her songs leaking
