Marshall and Saugger here back from July vacation and Saugger's wedding of course, a bunch of folks,

noted that we picked quite literally the craziest few weeks to take some time off.

There were constant calls for emergency podcasts.

And honestly, as a content creator,

I felt guilty over that, but frankly, I'm just glad we didn't do them I think the news

moved so quickly that within even a day after recording one the takes were

superseded and so much happened in private with all these events that it just would have been us

prognosticating on conversations we weren't really privy to on a couple of different levels.

So that's like my number one takeaway soccer. What is your just immediate post wedding checking back into the news or flexion on the period?

It definitely was crazy. I was sad not to be in the news for it.

That said, I kind of liked having some time to digest and think about the news

for a couple of days.

And I mean, in the grand scheme a couple of days after is not that big of a deal. And I think that being able to observe like some of the initial takes and some of the stuff in the interim and then kind of see like how it was being received and the endorsements and all of that.

I have a better, more clear picture in my mind that I probably would have gotten to anyways,

but you know it's nice to be able to have that time is that's the way I would put it
