0:08.5	of gratitude journals happens next week. This year, it got a facelift, our little baby got a
0:14.8	facelift. It's been five years. This is our fifth gratitude journal. We started this way before
0:20.7	we had our show. We actually started it the year that we got married. We technically, isn't this
0:25.5	our sixth gratitude journal? Because the first one would have been the year we got married, 2016,
0:33.6	then 2017, then 2018, then 2019, then 2020. Oh, it is our sixth. Yeah. Okay. Yeah.
0:42.2	So it's our sixth one. It got a color makeover. It got an artwork makeover and it got a little
0:47.7	bit of a design makeover too. And Jeff Dollar, you saw the final version. Love it. Do you? Yes.
0:56.3	So it's so different. The art is so different. And it's bigger. I don't I want it to be
1:02.0	you mean bigger like there's more pages. There's more pages in it because we've added some
1:08.0	content to there's some little surprise and delight content sprinkled in over the course of the
1:14.5	year. But the utility of it is exactly the same. It's just got a space for every day of the year

1:25.8	Kelly and I leave ours under kitchen counter and every day we just write today I'm grateful for
1:30.3	and boom, insert what it is. I didn't realize until this week that I hadn't documented the process
1:37.3	of us doing the gratitude journals. And normally I do that. I kind of blame Ellie because
1:42.8	I usually have on Instagram stories a little bit more. And this has been a I mean we like we did
1:50.5	research this year like hard core research. What works what doesn't what works for us and what
1:56.3	works for others and just spent a lot of time like I think we ordered like 25 gratitude journals

2:08.8	know whatever. And I'm so proud of this one. And I did what I didn't realize is when I when we
