This week we take a look at the tragic life of 16-year-old Kaylea Titford. Kaylea was born with spina bifida and all of the normal things that children often take for granted, such as running around and playing football, were impossible for her. But she was feisty and fiercely independent - determined to make the most of her time on this earth. But that time would be brief. Not because of her condition, but because of her parents' brutal neglect of her.  Kaylea was fed a diet of junk food and by the time she was 16, she had ballooned to 22 stone. Pressure sores covered her body and maggots feasted upon her open wounds... And her parents did nothing. They closed the door on her both metaphorically and physically... This is a deeply upsetting case.
