Summary

This week we have Julio Plantain checking out the Pegasus hospital in Portland. Big brother is in the hospital, with a doctor in the ceiling keeping an eye on everyone's moves. Derek and April work together to cut the budget to save the hospital, only to find out that no amount of budget cutting will help. Alana is staging the hospital to be sold! So, Callie suggests that they buy the hospital instead.
