Tonight, we have a dastardly double feature for you to enjoy.

This story opens with a situation that many of us can relate to,

being a bored kid and realizing that your friends might just be a bad influence on you.

Sure, some amount of childish mischief is to be expected from any scampering youth,

but it turns out that some activities, and more specifically, some people, should be avoided at all costs.

Following that, we'll have The Soul Cages by Richard C. Morgan.

Mirroring our first story, this tale also involves a young lad, though his situation is very different.

Our unnamed protagonist is traveled with his father to a strange seaside village called

Perdition Ridge, at the suggestion of a stranger known only as The Fisherman.

As his father works the docks, our hero notices increasingly strange events taking place around town.

What is the secret of Perdition Ridge, who is The Fisherman, and what fate is to be fall our young narrator?
