We hang out once or twice but Rebecca and I have done life often on together for nine years.

Like we have, we know each other's kids,

our kids are friends, we travel with each other.

We get together and it's just like all of us

just run our mouths for so long

because we all feel so kindred and just safe talking about it all. So you guys are in for it. You're welcome into our friendship and into our conversations. And today though, what I'm excited to talk to you about Rebecca is this new devotional because I mean first of all your life like the way you talk the way you write the way you lead is

Devotional it's it's how you communicate and so this is a long time coming for you to have a

devotional. Does it feel so fun to create this? The answer is yes because the book is called a surrender

yes. I think that was even around the idea of a

devotional. I was a little nervous about doing a devotional initially. I'm kind of a

nerd that likes numbers and scripture and putting science and faith together and I wasn scripture and put in science and faith together.

And I wasn't sure if I could do a devotional justice.

But I really love the topic and it definitely,

I've seen you live it, I've seen so many of our friends live it and I think people don't want to surrender and so I thought let's let's talk about it.

Well and it is I mean I was telling my girls I disciple last night in my living room. I said, you want to know, like this is following God, it is surrender.
