Well we just announced my new book that comes out in 2022. It is called Find Your People.

And this is a message that I do hit the table about because in my research and

specifically with get out of your head there was just this loud clear message that we need

deeper community day in and day out of our lives if we are going to live

healthy and full lives for the glory of God. It is so clear to me and yet never has a generation been more isolated and more lonely than we are currently.

Add COVID to the mix and we really do have a recipe for depression and anxiety and feeling numb and checked out and stuck.

And so this is such a deep passion of mine that we live lives that are connected to others in a really deep way. I cannot wait for you all to get that and next spring the

podcast is going to talk about it. We're going to jump into it. You all are going to hear every single thing that I've been thinking about and learning and researching and writing about for the last two years of my life.

So I cannot wait for you to be a part of that season and to get the book.

However, in the meantime, we're going to talk about this right now

because we're talking about nothing to prove,

we're talking about not living a life of striving,

and yet we constantly find ourselves stuck in these cycles, spinning cycles of performance and measuring up.

And so I want to talk specifically today about codependency.

It's a difficult word.

In fact, some of you are thinking that's Psychobabble.

What does that even mean?

And many of you are thinking, I'm not codependent.
