The answer might very well be yes.

Certainly about the highway that stretched from

Tehran to Beirut, will it be reopened? Is it being reopened by Iran? Akhmed says that is the

intention. As Iran reorganizes itself and rebuilds, it will put the networks together again if given time.

I think with instability in Syria and the fact that the forces are overstretched,
